Students are not in school through the summer months but our garden beds continue to need care through the summer months we are not in school. Consider adopting a bed and caring for it with your family or using it as an opportunity to have some alone time and get your hands in some healthy soil! See the sign up genius here for details! Thank you for supporting the Erin School Parent Teacher Club this year. Your volunteer time and funding allows the PTC to continue to enhance the student experience at Erin School. Please review the information below to understand how the PTC focused their efforts this year, how they raised money to fund those efforts, and what big project they will focus on starting next school year. The PTC meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month and all parents and staff are welcome. Please consider attending the PTC meetings next school year to help accomplish our goals and bring fresh ideas.

HARTFORD PUBLIC LIBRARY SUMMER READING PROGRAM
Visit the Hartford Public Library this Summer for lots of fun, free activities that promote reading and learning. The Summer Reading Program runs June 6 - August 6th and features parties, crafts, musicians, and of course books galore! Students can participate in the Summer Reading Challenge by signing up using Beanstack. Beanstack is the online reading challenge platform the public library is using to run their virtual reading challenges. Consult the attached library flyers for more information.

LOOKING FOR WORK THIS SUMMER?
The Holy Hill Area School District is seeking summer help at Friess Lake Elementary & Richfield Middle School. The number of days, scheduled hours and location are flexible between Monday - Thursday in the summer. Duties can be tailored based upon skillset. Examples of tasks include: cleaning, claring out classrooms, painting, waxing floors and outdoor work.
