Belong. Inspire. Grow.
Straight from the Hardt
Greetings Ridgeline Families--
This week the Ridgeline Admin Team participated in the all-district admin workshop with our new superintendent. Iβm sharing this because I believe itβs important for our community to know that our district has common goals and expectations for all schools. Dr. John Parker and the district leadership team walked us through some great activities and information synthesized from the book, Belonging Through a Culture of Dignity. The idea that learning occurs at a higher level when there it a meaningful connection between the teacher and student, is not a new concept. The research and anecdotal data provided reinforced the importance of the B in B.I.G. Creating a sense of belonging amongst all students and staff is a pillar of the Ridgeline mission.
We know and understand that we must continue to make this a priority and that there is always more that can be done within our system to improve access to all our students and help them feel connected!
If you did not have a chance to read last weekβs newsletter, follow the link here (https://www.smore.com/14hbz) Weβve had a few technical difficulties with email and our messaging service this summer.
Make the most of your summer and enjoy the hot weather in a cool place.
Weβll see you soon! --Mr. Hardt
Congratulations to Hailey Bronec
Hailey Bronec represented Ridgeline well today as our FBLA NE Region officer speaking to state-wide FBLA advisors and CTE teachers at the Washington ACTE conference held at the Davenport Hotel.

EyriΓ© staff members Jonathan Kimberley (10), Gage Merril (11), Ava Richardson (10) and Cory Richardson (10) spent three, 10-hour days at Eastern Washington University during the last week of July planning, organizing and designing the start of our 2023 yearbook. The second edition will be bigger than ever, with more pages and our first set of seniors.
The Inland Northwest Yearbook Camp included national-award winning yearbook advisers and professional artists who presented the latest trends in publication design and journalism. More than 20 schools and 100 students attended.
