Online Application System
Through DCAS’s Online Application System (OASys), you can apply for and take certain exams online. This can be done on a computer and now also by using a smartphone or tablet. To apply in-person at one of our Computer-based Testing and Application Centers, schedule an appointment on OASys. Testing Centers are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.
