VUHS January 26th, 2024
Principal Message
The new semester is going well. It is hard to believe that we start the 2024-2025 course registration process at the beginning of this semester when it does not start until August but we want to build a schedule that is based on students interests and their graduation requirements. Juniors will have their meetings Monday morning during an extended MM. We will be sending PHCC students at 8:35 on Monday. 10th grade will have extended morning meeting on Tuesday to learn about course options. 9th graders will have extended morning meeting on Wednesday. All course forms are due on February 9th. Please use this link to access the course registration guide for the 24/25 school year. This guide has more information and details that you need to support you and your students during this process.
Semester 1 reports have been emailed to students and families through Jump Rope on January 17th. We will be sending hard copies home through morning meetings during the week of Jan. 29 - Feb. 2. Please be on the lookout for a hard copy of Semester 1 reports. Students who earned below a 2.6 in any courses have had letters mailed home this week. Thanks for your support with this communication. As always, feel free to reach out to your school counselor if you have any questions or concerns.
