Hello EDP After School Pfamilies,

It's that time of year where kids are back to school! We are super excited to see all of the EDP Student's smiling faces and we can't wait to hear about all of their Summer Adventures!

In this newsletter you will find important information in regards to our program such as; the After School Payment Calendar, Holidays, how to contact your Site Directors, and much more! So please be sure to check it out and as always we greatly appreciate you choosing the Extended Day Program for your childcare needs!

That's right, we have changed systems!

On March 20th, 2023 we switched over to Eleyo.

What does this mean for you as a parent?

Everything is now done in Eleyo which means we only have one Parent Portal!

What can I do in my Parent Portal?

• Make Payments
• Setup Auto Drafts
• Print Receipts
• Print Tax Statements (Those of you that attended EDP during the 22-23 School Year will receive a Procare Tax Statement & an Eleyo Tax Statement.)
• Add/Remove Pickup People
• Add/Remove Emergency Contacts (Per licensing we are required to have at least one emergency contact on file that is not a parent/guardian. In order for them to be considered and emergency contact they must be within 1 hour of pickup and we must have their full name, address, and phone number.)
• Register for the 23-24 After School Program
• Register for Fall, Winter, & Spring Break Camp once registration opens.

• Registration Fees and Tuition are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• All After-School Tuition is due on the first calendar day of each month.
• A $25 Late Payment Fee will be added after the fifth calendar day of each month.
• Students will be removed from the program after the tenth calendar day of each month for outstanding balances on tuition and fees. If dismissed due to nonpayment, the parent/guardian is responsible for providing alternate after school care for the student beginning on the date of dismissal.
• The Registration Fee must be paid again and the outstanding balance must be cleared prior to re-enrollment, provided there is availability at the campus.
• There will be no refunds or credits for inclement weather conditions, school closures, student behavioral issues, or missed field trips/enrichment activities.
• Tuition and Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event your student is suspended or removed from the program for any reason.

That's right the Extended Day Program does offer financial aid for the After School Program. However, in order to possibly qualify you must first show proof of CCS denial and/or that you are on the wait list to receive CCS services. Parent's are now welcome in all PFISD buildings and will be required to sign their student(s) in/out for all EDP services utilizing their Eleyo access code. Please be sure to bring a valid I.D when you arrive to pickup your students as anyone not indicated on the students pickup list will not be allowed to pick up.

The EDP Parent Handbook has been updated and is now available via the EDP Website or by clicking the button below. Please be sure to review the handbook for new updates/changes within our policies.

Parents, please remember that we do require a 2 week written notice to withdraw your student(s) from the program. Please submit your withdrawal request via the EDP website by clicking the image below.
