Our friends from North Carolina have invited us to The Coastal Masters Invitational on March 23 in Bolivia, NC. It is perfect for seasoned swimmers and newbies alike with events like the 500, 200's, 100's, and 50's, and, just to keep things fun... we even have 25's, relays of 25's, and the infamous floatie relay!! There is a free BBQ Social (with a keg) for the full Masters experience!
The meet is held at the Brunswick Community College pool in Bolivia NC. (Dinah E. Gore Fitness and Aquatics Center). Hotels are very reasonable and our swim friends have even offered to let us stay at their homes.

Dixie Zone LCM Championships, Greenville, SC

This is our home meet, save the date!

Come join us for Greenville Splash Night at the Age Group State Championships. Feb. 18. We need volunteers to time the last session of finals. It's really a lot of fun to watch the fastest swimmers in the state. This is a great way to give back to our sport! And as an added bonus, the age group swimmers help us time at our meet in June. You must be able to commit from 4:30-7:30 pm. They also need volunteers throughout the weekend, if you are available. Let Amy or Leslie know if you can help out. Wear your splash t-shirt.

Greenville County Aquatic Complex (Westside)

Winter Workout Hours: MW 7-8 pm, TuTh 5:30-7:00 am, Sat 6:30-8:00 am, TuThF 8:30-10:00 am. Saturday workouts change frequently due to swim meets, check the calendar section on our website for updates.

Pool closed Feb. 15-18 for age group meet.

Join us for a fun night of painting and making new friends. We will be painting A Starry Night Mermaid at Wine and Design 1175 Woods Crossing Rd. Greenville, SC 29607 (near Haywood mall) The party will be from 6:30-9:00 and it starts promptly at 6:30 pm. Don't miss the fun. You must pay and sign up prior to the event. The cost is $33.00.

Feb. 18 Greenville Splash Night to volunteer time at the State Age Group Championships

March - April: Adult Learn to Swim Lessons will run on Mondays and/or Wednesdays from March 4 - April 10. If you can be an alternate instructor or coach let us know.

New this year: We are going to start a swim lesson program for adults with disabilities. We are interested in getting a paralympic team started in Greenville. We would like to promote this to veterans and adults with disabilities. If you know someone that could like to participate in these lessons, let Leslie know.

Starting in February: We need folks that want to be on our meet planning committee. We meet about once per month after Saturday workout to prepare for our LCM Championships in June.

Greenville Splash was awarded the Dixie Zone LCM Championships at the USMS Convention. We would love to have more volunteers for the planning committee for 2019. Let us know, it's a great feeling of giving back to our fellow swimmers around the country. Our first planning meeting will be Feb. 9.
