Poetry Out Loud
Skylar Skupienski represented Roxbury at the Regional Poetry Out Loud competition! She absolutely killed it. I wanted to pass along the pictures to celebrate.
6 Students accepted into the show at the Morris Museum!
The team at the Morris Museum received applications for works of art created by over 250 students, representing 35 schools located in ten New Jersey counties. The panel of jurors selected 50 artworks to be displayed at the 35th Annual Fresh Perspectives High School Exhibition at the Morris Museum in Morristown, NJ from March 15 through May 26, 2024. This competitive show began in 1989 as an outlet for artistically accomplished New Jersey high school students to express their curiosity and creativity. We are proud to say that Roxbury High School had the most works selected from any one school. Congratulations to these students for their creativity and dedication to the visual arts.
Frank Seretis (Gr 9), Kiara Ortiz (Gr 9), Anna Vorotsova (Gr 11), Elysha Magat (Gr 11), Josseline Molina-Cute (Gr 12), and Julia Katz (Gr 11).
