Principal Message
I would first like to thank you all for your patience this afternoon. We had a student pull the fire alarm just a few minutes before school got out. This caused some delay on getting students into your care. Thank you for your understanding.
We had a wonderful first week with students. Our teachers and staff enjoyed meeting all the kids and have begun building positive classroom environments. I got to visit every classroom last week a couple times, I saw students writing letters to their teachers, reading to a classmate, finding the gingerbread man in Kinder, and many more things. I also got to spend lunch with your students in the cafeteria, I enjoy hearing all their fun conversations.
Today can possibly bring out some feelings for people. I don't know where you were when the news of the twin towers came out; I know everyone has their own memories that come back each year. I hope you are able to talk with family and friends today and feel supported by those around you.
Take care,
Cheryl Marshall
Principal
