Cameron Ranch Falcon Connection
December 2023
Greetings Falcon Community,
Please take our Cameron Ranch school survey to help us know your priorities on how to spend site funds. The survey will only take a minute or two! Survey HERE. Thank you!!
Our fall running club culminated with a 5K Race on Saturday 12/2/23. I was able to join the fun in celebration of the students who trained after school, two days per week for 6 weeks. The youth fitness program (Runnin' for Rhett) encourages life-long fitness by giving students the chance to learn how to live healthy active lifestyles. We are hoping to offer a spring running club as well. If you'd like to learn more about the organization: Click HERE.
Our school-wide focus of Aim High and Achieve will continue across campus this month. We will come together as a school community on December 15th to celebrate those who have demonstrated exemplary actions in their efforts soar as falcons and achieve.
Please join us December 14th for our family holiday sing-a-long with our music teacher, Mr. Hegland. We will meet in the MP-Room at 6:00pm. Hot chocolate and cookies will be provided. Lalalalala!! We will be collecting donations to help support our school garden with needed materials and supplies for year-round learning.
December brings additional opportunities for students to discover more about their place in the world by exploring our hands-on library learning lab materials (image below), on geography.
