Dear Jepson Families,

We are excited to offer many special events at Jepson in March for our students and school community. Our upcoming Breaking Down the Walls program, for example, will bring our 7th grade students together in our gym to participate in engaging activities and conversations. Aligned with our school’s commitment to creating an inclusive school environment for our students, this assembly will guide our students through the process of learning to work together, creating a place of respect and having an opportunity to share about themselves. We will send more information to parents about Breaking Down the Walls shortly.

We are actively preparing for the coming school year and looking forward to continuing to offer our strong interdisciplinary program. Later this month, our counselors Cindy Ayala, Angi Roe, and Chabeli Lopez, will meet with our current 7th graders to talk about their schedules for the coming school year.

Our Homework Help Club is off to a great start. Students can come to classroom F-26 on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 3:30 to 4:15 for a quiet and supervised place to work on their homework. The Club is open to all students.

Our third quarter will end on March 17. You can follow your student’s grades on Aeries. Please reach out to your child’s teachers if you have any questions or concerns. We are ready to partner with you.

Please join our banquet to celebrate our Girl's Basketball, Boy's Basketball, and Wrestling Teams on Thursday, March 16th from 7 - 8 PM.

The book fair is coming to Jepson! The online store is open from March 17th - March 24th. Students will be able to visit the bookstore during their English class starting on March 20th.

All purchases through the Book Fair benefit our school.

Yearbook pre-orders will continue now through April 22nd, 2023. In order to guarantee a yearbook please make sure you preorder your book using the link or QR code below. Our basic book package is still available at $35. After April 22nd the only other opportunity to purchase a yearbook is in-person sales. In-person sales will happen during the last week of school and the basic yearbook price will increase to $40.

Our lost and found is once again full. We have many sweaters, coats, water bottles, umbrellas, and more! Please check the lost and found located in the front office or sometimes (weather permitting) outside of the front office. All items will be donated by the end of the quarter on March 17th.
