Congratulations to Ms. Meg as she will be moving to the high school in the next few weeks. We thank her for her time and service to Alamo Elementary. Please join us in wishing her the best over the next several weeks and welcoming our new school social worker, Mrs. Maxwell.
Hello! I’m Sarah Maxwell, or as the students of Alamo Elementary know me, Miss Sarah. I am pleased to serve students with social and emotional behavior. I am a huge advocate of helping the students who feel like they don’t fit in, or don’t have a voice. I want every student to know there is someone at school for them to confide in, while also meeting their needs. I strive to help each student develop confidence, communication skills and coping skills for difficult emotions.
If you ever need to reach me please utilize one of the following forms of communication:

FREE Lunch For ALL Students
Good news! With the passage of Michigan's budget this year, breakfast and lunch will be FREE FOR ALL STUDENTS for the 2023-24 school year! However, it is still vital that you fill out the Free & Reduced Meal Application because it is tied to more than school lunches. If you qualify, you could receive discounts on internet service, school Chromebook insurance fees, testing fees and more! These applications are also tied to a portion of the district's federal funding that helps provide tutors, summer school, counselors, programs and materials and more. It's a quick form to fill out - you only complete one per family. Fill it out today at otsego.familyportal.cloud. *Please note: students who take a second meal will be charged the regular meal prices for that meal.
Emergency Contact
It is extremely important to have up-to-date contact information available for each student. When emergencies arise, we need to be able to contact parents/guardians. This is also the contact information that is used for school closures and district updates.
Please log in to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to check that your contact information is current and to make any necessary changes. All families received a letter with parent login information and instructions from the technology department soon. If you need assistance or login information for the Parent Portal, please contact the Alamo Elementary Office. Thank You!
