Good Afternoon Templeton Families,
As 2023 wraps up I want to thank you for everything you’ve done to make your students’ attendance a priority this year. We love seeing the kids every day! Please continue to make attendance a priority in 2024, and even though there’s no school during winter break we hope every student is able to Read, Read, Read as much as possible!

We will not have a TSO meeting this month due to the holiday break. We hope you all enjoy this holiday season, and we hope you will join us at our next meeting which will be held virtually on Tuesday, January 16 at 7 pm!
Yearbooks! Please submit your yearbook orders as soon as possible. We are selling pre-orders only. We will not be purchasing extras to sell at the end of the year. If you are unable to pay at this time but would like to work out a payment plan or have any questions, please contact president@templeton-pso.org to submit your student’s name and teacher.
All Smiles Community Oral Health will be returning to Templeton to finish dental screenings for those students who were not seen in November. They will provide free dental screenings, sealants, and fluoride at Templeton the week of January 1.

State law requires that all children in public and private schools, preschools, Head Start, and certified childcare facilities have up-to-date immunizations. Parents or guardians will receive a letter in early February if their child's immunization record shows that he or she has not received the required vaccinations. Children will not be able to attend school starting February 24, 2024 if their records on file show missing immunizations. For additional information visit the Oregon Health Authority Website.
Tigard and Tualatin School-Based Health Centers:
The SBHCs are open to taking immunization appointments any time during business hours. We encourage all families to schedule an appointment in advance of Exclusion Day.
The winter months bring with them the possibility of school closures or delayed openings due to severe weather conditions, power outages, or other unexpected events.
