Partner with us to help students grow!
- Reading Logs- Students should be reading daily at home and logging their reading on their reading log. Students are encouraged to read 30 minutes nightly. Depending on their grade level, we ask that parents (if needed) read with their student each day. Reading frequently increases vocabulary and a student's schema (background knowledge). Read more about the importance of reading frequently in the article linked below. After reading, ask your child to summarize what they read. Help us cultivate a love for reading!
- Math- Student should practice fluency at home at well. Xtra math is a great way to practice fluency and it is free. Please find it linked below.
- Partner with the School- Communicate your student's teacher to discuss student's academic achievement and how we can best support the student. Conferences can be set at any time.
