Come meet and socialize with Little School parents and families every Friday!
Little School parents! Come enjoy coffee and conversations every Friday after you drop off your student. Join us in Fellowship Hall (upstairs) at 9:00am-10:30am for free coffee from the new coffee maker. This is a great opportunity to meet new families with similar aged children and to enjoy a few moments of adult time. Younger siblings are welcome to come with you. If your child does not attend on school on Fridays, feel free to come by anyway!

Winter Clothing!
Don't forget to send your child with a jacket, boots, gloves, and hats. We follow the Weather Guidelines for Children and Colorado Shines recommendations when deciding if we go outside for recess, and usually the conditions are good enough for our students to go outside. However, living in wintery Colorado, we still need warm clothes when we go outside.
Music Class News
Welcome back and Happy New Year, Little School families!
We are thrilled with the performances of all the children during their Christmas programs. We couldn't be more proud of them.
To kick off 2024, we have two weeks of western activities planned, complete with campfire sing-alongs and circle dances. We would like to invite you to join us for campfire sing-along with your child and their class on January 16th or 17th. It is during your child's regular music time. We will meet in the sanctuary, to join around the campfire, to sing some fun songs together for 20 minutes. It is going to be a fantastic event!
Our 4 and 5-year-olds will also have the exciting opportunity to learn to play the hand bells on familiar songs. It's going to be a wonderful experience for them!
Meanwhile, our 2.5 and 3-year-olds will have a fun-filled week exploring different musical instruments.
As we wrap up the month, we'll be singing songs about winter, ice skating, and having snowball fun. It's going to be a fantastic month of musical exploration for all our little ones!
