PRINCIPAL'S NOTE:
Dear Spartans
Academic Letters were distributed to students this week. This is always a proud time to recognize our students for their commitment to their academics.
Look for information regarding how to sign up for Parent Teacher Conferences in a stand alone email on Monday, October 23rd.
The Stevenson Marching Band participated in the Michigan School Band and Orchestra Association Marching Band Festival on Monday, October 9 at John Glenn High School. The Stevenson Music Department is proud to announce the marching band was awarded a superior rating, receiving straight 1's and all A’s for their performance in classification A. Through their hard work and dedication, our marching band students are an outstanding representation of the Stevenson High School mission "Striving for excellence; learning for life." We congratulate these fine young musicians on their outstanding accomplishment and all who participated in the MSBOA Marching Band Festival Monday night!
The renovation work in the weight room is starting to take shape. The lights have already been replaced. New ceiling tiles are going in. Soon, work will start on flooring, paint, & ceiling fans. New equipment is being manufactured and will be delivered in the near future. We have temporarily moved the weight room to the Team Room to still offer a space for our students & athletes.
All the best!
Pete Mazzoni
