Windermere Weekly Update

On November 9th, we will be having a Thanksgiving Lunch in the cafeteria. RSVP's have closed for buying food. If you have multiple children at different lunch times, they can't be pulled from one lunch to another. They must go at their assigned time with their class.

Also, PLEASE BRING YOUR ID to sign in.

You're cordially invited to the Windermere Veterans Day Assembly starring the WES 5th Graders. Join us in honoring your service and the special connection you have with our students.

8:30am: ECSE, Pegasus, Essential Academics & Communications, PK, K, 1st, 5th (Guardians of Andresen and Rowell)

9:30am: 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th (Guardians of Reney, Enkhbat & Hurst)

Location: Windermere Elementary Auditorium - Entrance on the Picadilly side. It's extremely important that you enter on the East side of the building where the auditorium is. We want to avoid have people walk through the entire building and it also might be difficult to walk that far for some.

16th - 4th Grade Music Program - 6:00-7:00

20th-24th - Thanksgiving Break

Thank you to those of you who have donated. We still need items for the lounge! We'll take them all year.

You can drop items by the front office and we will take it from there! A few of you have sent items via Amazon and that works perfectly. Our address is 429 Grand Ave. Pkwy, Pflugerville 78660.

Mostly, anything that's shelf-stable will work, but here are some ideas for what to purchase:

Sodas, LaCroix-type drinks, Tea Packets, K-Cups (coffee)

Granola Bars, Trail Mix, Popcorn, Chips, Crackers

Chocolate, Cookies, Candy, Snack Cakes

Beef Jerky, Cup-O-Noodle Soup

Any other kinds of snacks you can think of, chances are someone will LOVE it!

Families must reapply each school year. It is very important to complete this application even if you don't think your child will qualify.
