Financial Aid INFORMATION NIGHT

Thursday October 19th 6:30 PM

Location: Schroeder Auditorium

Parents and guardians of CLASS of 2024 Seniors are welcome to an in-person presentation

FAFSA is changing and will not open until December 1st, which leads us to offer this evening in October. Previous years (and future years) Financial Aid night will be in September.

Instant Decision Days: Save the Dates: Register for a spot

St. John Fisher, Brockport, St. Bonaventure, Monroe Community College, and Keuka will be here at Schroeder.

St. John Fisher- Tuesday November 7th

SUNY Brockport- Wednesday November 8th

St. Bonaventure- Tuesday November 14th

Monroe Community College- Wednesday & Thursday November 15th-16th

Keuka- Friday November 17th (12-2)

Comment on the time you would like your one on one to be and confirmation is when you are added to the document.

Pre-SAT is scheduled for Saturday October 14th- Registration is open

PSAT is going DIGITAL!!

Pick up your registration form in Counseling Center (N14)

Please bring the completed form and a check for $18 made payable to Webster Schroeder HS to Mrs. Mezzanini by Friday September 22.

Please stop down during lunch, study halls or before/after school

Juniors: College Search for Students and Parents

Tuesday September 26th 6:30PM

All students need to take the time to consider what comes next? A presentation in the Webster Schroeder Auditorium is geared towards Juniors and their parents on what to consider (academically, financially, and socially) when making choices. Lots of great information on getting your search started.

ASVAB TEST

Friday October 20th 11:15 AM- 1:15PM

The ASVAB Career Exploration Program (CEP) is a unique opportunity to explore all of your career and post-secondary options so you can make a plan that works for you. The ASVAB CEP helps you identify your skills and interests so that you can find potentially satisfying career fields and explore all of the paths you can take to gain entry into your career field of choice

See Mrs. Mezzanini or Mr. Claire in the Counseling Center to get registered.

Starting the week of September 18th

Seniors will need to register to attend visits through their Naviance account. (Colleges tab, College Visits, choose the college visit you wish to attend and click register)

Juniors will eventually need to register to attend through SchoolLinks. SchoolLinks will be introduced during Junior Seminar in the upcoming weeks. Until then Juniors can stop in and sign up to attend college rep visits.

Passes will be given out in 1st block classes to those who have registered the day of the in-person visit. Virtual Visits you will need your Chromebook and headphones to attend. Please do your best to put a good representation out there to colleges... if you sign up, then show up!!

Military Branch Representatives will be visiting Lunch Blocks.

Many of our Military Reps come in on a monthly basis during lunches. Check the Counseling Center Website, Schroeder Morning show slideshow, or the weekly newsletter to find out who is coming and when they will be here!!!
