Bridges Breeze
Friday, December 15, 2023
School begins at 8:10 am. Students are marked tardy at 8:20 am. Thanks!
As we head into Winter Break, I want to wish each of you a Happy Holidays. This has proven to be another exciting year. As we look into our break from school in a week, it will be a time for reflection, hope, and gratitude that we can take with us into the break and the New Year.
I would like to express my deep appreciation for the role you play in the education of our students. I want to thank our whole Bridges Community for how much you support your child, our staff and each other this year! Our community puts students and their academic and social emotional learning needs at the forefront each school year.
To our staff, I challenge each of you to unwind and find time to do things you love . It’s important you take time to recharge, relax, and take some time away from work. Over the break, give some thought to what you can do to ensure you balance home and work life to be your best self!
To our students, please know that your hard work, accomplishments, and resilience are noticed. Always remember that we believe in your ability to succeed, we care for your well-being, and we support your continued learning inside and outside of the classroom. We look forward to all that you’ll accomplish in the New Year.
To our parents and families, I am so grateful and proud of how we’ve worked together as a community to support your child(ren)’s learning. We hope you’ll encourage your child to stay engaged during the break by diving into a good book, spending time outdoors, or enjoying time with friends and family.
As a reminder, Winter Break is Monday, December 25, 2023, through Tuesday, Jan. 2. There is no school and our school buildings will be closed.
School resumes on Wednesday, January 3, 2024.
