Dear Greendell Families,

What a whirlwind the last few weeks have been! As long as I have been in education, April and May are the most exciting (and hectic) months of the school year. It is the culmination of the learning and growth over the school year, the transition to the next step for our children and the celebration of many school and classroom year-end events.


So when I am feeling like there is too much to get to before the school year ends, I take the time to stop and enjoy the little moments right in front of me. The little one testing out the other family bikes on display, toddlers playing peek-a-boo in the play houses and the Young Fives' stirring rendition of the Three Little Pigs. That is the joy of our school!

Rising Kinder Luncheon

Attention Greendell Families of Rising Kindergarteners!


We are pleased to announce the return of our Rising Kinder Luncheon this year at Greendell.


All our current families and students who will be transitioning to elementary school in PAUSD or joining our Young Fives program are invited to bring their lunch and join us at the Young Fives' picnic tables.


Join us and meet other families who will be attending the same school next year.


Each school will have a picnic table and the Elementary Principals will join us for the luncheon. Principals cannot wait to meet their incoming students and families!


So bring your lunch and get ready to meet new friends!

Coffee with the Principals - Tuesday, May 24th beginning at 8:30am

Families, please join Principal Shannon for a coffee to socialize with friends, celebrate our year together, and welcome new Greendell Principal Nikole Manou!


We will gather on the blacktop near the office beginning at 8:30am on Tuesday, May 24th and share some coffee and light snacks.


We are looking forward to seeing you!

Open Enrollment for PreSchool Family

Open enrollment has begun for our PreSchool Family program at Greendell!


PreSchool Family is a unique parent education, parent participation program for adults blended with play-based classes for their children from birth to 4 years old. Adults in the program learn about child development, discuss parenting issues, and participate in a nurturing community dedicated to learning and growing as a family.
