PARENT 411 11.29.22
November 29, 2022
I hope everyone enjoyed the Thanksgiving holiday, highlighted by time with loved ones, great food, and some well-deserved R&R. November has flown by!
Earlier this month, we welcomed residents of Lake Forest, Lake Bluff, and Knollwood to Lake Forest High School for a community forum. Co-hosted by LFHS District 115 Board President Jenny Zinser, LFHS Principal Dr. Erin Lenart, and me, we shared information about our highest-priority LFHS facility needs, discussed a possible April 2023 referendum to address those needs, and answered audience questions.
Following the forum, community members were invited to take part in guided tours of our 87-year-old building. The improvements we are considering for the high school really come down to protecting what we already own for current - and future - generations. A recording of the meeting and Q&A is available below. We welcome any feedback through THIS FORM.
More information about LFHS facilities master planning may be found on our website.
