Message from Leadership Team

Parent Volunteers.

Parent Volunteers have the opportunity to help us with:
• Arrival Duty
• Lunch Duty
• Dismissal Duty
• Teacher Support
• School Spirit/Culture Decorating
• School Events/Field Trips
• And more!

If you are interested you can fill out the application here. *All volunteers must be able to complete a background check*

*Side note: It is not a guarantee that each person who has been approved to volunteer will chaperone for field trips.*


Value of the Month

Our Core Value of the month is Achiever: Sparks chase after excellence. They set big goals and they work hard to achieve them.


The teachers will discuss the value daily with students and identify students throughout instruction that are displaying the value. Every week teachers will choose a core value winner and the winner is recognized during their grade level community circle and they also receive an award.

Front Office Information

Field Trip

All Field Trip permission slips must be turned in and paid by Wednesday, November 16th, 2022.

We will only accept cash or card payments, you can call or visit the front office to give a payment with card or you can send your students payment by cash but it must be exact change


Early Pick-up

To avoid end of day interruptions, students will not be released after 2:15PM. Visitors will not be allowed in the building after 2:15PM unless a previous appointment has been made. Valid state I.D. is required to pick-up students from the main office. Individuals picking up students must also be listed as an authorized pick-up person.

Dress Code

We have noticed students continue to wear Crocs or open-toed shoes. This is just a reminder that our Dress Code Policy states that for safety purposes, all shoes must meet the following criteria:

  • Closed-toed
  • Must have backs (i.e. no slides, no croc sandals)
  • Must have hard soles (i.e. no slippers or crocs)
  • Any color shoe is permitted

  • Prek, 2nd, & 3rd grade Fall Picture Day: November 16th

Fall Break

All students will have their picture taken. All ordering of pictures will take place online and you will receive a proof of your child’s picture before you place your order.


Tuesday, November 15th: Kinder & 1st grade will be photographed

Wednesday, November 16th: PreK, 2nd & 3rd grade will be photographed

Absent Notes

In order for an absence to be excused the student/parent must provide the front office with an excuse note. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to the front office at (713)924-0486.
