Wester on NBC 5!
They are highlighting various academic groups on Monday, October 30 from 4:00-5:00pm.
Students participating have been informed by a sponsor, a teacher, or have heard directly from Mrs. Gates. If students stay they must be able to stay the entire time. During live taping, coming in and out will not be possible. Transportation will not be provided for students who stay for the taping.
They have been told that they need to get permission to stay until 5:00pm for the live taping.
We are super excited for this opportunity and have asked those students to wear Wester spirit shirts or school colors.
There will be a preview on one of the NBC 5 morning news segments. We've been told it will likely be the 6:00am hour, but I can't be 100% sure.
Make sure to watch the 4:00pm-5:00pm hour to see Wester students!
Costumes on Halloween
Costumes should meet dress code.
No fake blood, no props, no masks, no major face paint.

Howdy, Wildcats!
We had a BLAST at our spooky dance on Friday. It was so fun to see every student's individuality come to life with their costumes! Mrs. Wofford enjoyed teaching some lessons to 7th graders regarding their learning styles this past week. Ask your student how they learn best and see what they say!
