Student Medication
This is a friendly reminder that students are not allowed to have any prescription or over the counter medication on them at any time while at school. Any and all medication must be checked into the office and must be accompanied by a medical form signed by a student's parent or guardian. Please call Esperanza in the front office if you have any questions. Thank you!
STM Clothing Store - LAST Week to Order!
The STM Online Clothing Store is officially open! In addition to school uniforms, there are other clothing options available for purchase. The store will remain open through February 7th.
Click this link to view the store and place an order: https://www.valleyadvertise.com/team-pride/st-thomas-more
Clothing items will be delivered around Wednesday, February 21st.
Outdoor Recess Policy
Just a reminder, that our outdoor recess policy is as follows: Students will always go outside for recess unless the temperature or wind chill is below zero, or it is actively raining outside.
This policy is very common across the Green Bay Area.
It is important for children to have access to fresh air, so please help them dress appropriately for the weather each and every day!
GRACE News
2024-25 Admissions & Enrollment
Preparations are being finalized for admissions and enrollment for the 2024-25 academic year!
Current GRACE families will receive an email on January 26, 2024 with information and a link to re-enroll current students for the 2024-25 academic year.
- Re-enroll children who are current students by completing the online enrollment process in its entirety.
- If current GRACE families have additional (new) children, they wish to join the school in fall 2024, after re-enrolling current students, submit an online admission application for each additional child. All admission applications undergo review.
- Re-enrollment is specific to the current student at his/her current GRACE school. If a family is seeking another GRACE school for the 2024-25 academic year, the family will need to submit an admission application for each child to that GRACE school beginning January 28, 2024.
Wisconsin Tax Deduction for Tuition Expense
Tax legislation signed into law gives Wisconsin taxpayers the opportunity to deduct private school tuition expenses from their taxable income. A subtraction from income is allowed for tuition expenses that are paid for any of the GRACE schools. Parents/guardians are eligible for a maximum deduction of $4,000 per child in grades K-8 and $10,000 per child in grades 9-12. Students transitioning from eighth to ninth grade are eligible for both deductions. Per state guidance, any amount spent on tuition and book fees are eligible for the deduction. Book fees include digital books, such as laptops or tablet fees issued by the school.
Tuition information for tax preparation is available to GRACE families online via GRACE’s enrollment management system, TADS.
- The TADS Household Paid Tuition Tax Report will provide a breakdown of payments made for the specified household’s tuition account during the tax year.
- When gathering information for tax preparation, GRACE families are to access their TADS account | select Billing | Billing Account Number | Reports | Household Paid Tuition Tax Report | enter the tax year (i.e. 2023) and submit.
- A quick link to this Report also appears at the TADS Billing Account – Tuition & Fees screen to access the Household Paid Tuition Tax Report.
- If you have questions or require assistance, please call TADS Family Support at (800) 477-8237 or GRACE at (920) 499-7330, option 2.
