Free Online Tutoring
As part of her honors project, Valley High School senior Elaine Wang is introducing Connexions Tutoring, a free online tutoring resource intended for K-12 students, to fellow West Des Moines Community Schools (WDMCS) students.
The goal for Connexions Tutoring is to provide learning materials and instructions for students who may not have the means to access a tutor. All tutors through Connexions Tutoring are high school juniors and seniors who are passionate about teaching
Tutoring sessions are up to one hour long. Students and parents can sign up by clicking on their "Sign Up" page and selecting a meeting time with their preferred tutor.
