The girls have been working hard all off season in the buildup to the regular season and are excited to prove they are one of the best teams in the CAL and south jersey.
In their season opener last night (Thurs Dec 14), EHT girls basketball defeated Bridgeton 44-27. EHT was led by junior PG Lyla Brown who scored 12 points. Averie Harding and Alina Gonzalez chipped in 10 and 11 points respectively. EHT built an 8 point half time lead despite being in early foul trouble thanks to great play from each of the 9 girls that played in the first half.
