Our Lady of Las Vegas's Office hours will be from 8:00 AM-1:00 PM Monday through Friday through July 28th.

Due to construction, in person appointments will be by appointment only during the month of July. Please call the front desk to make an appointment with our office staff should you need in person assistance: 702-802-2323. Please make sure you leave a message with your name, phone number, and purpose of appointment should we be unavailable when you call.

The front office will be open starting Tuesday, August 1st.

We are excited for the upcoming school year. We are working hard this summer to ensure we are ready for our students to join us on campus in August. Student schedules will be available in FACTS and on Google classroom starting Wednesday, August 9th.

• Meet Your Teacher Day/School Supply Drop Off: Friday, August 11

• First Day of School: Monday, August 14

If you ordered from Bright SchoolKitz by July 13th they will be shipped to school. You will be able to pick up your school supply box from room 6 (1B) between 12:00 PM and 3:30 PM during school supply drop off on August 11th.

If you ordered school supplies after July 13th the school supplies will be delivered to your home.

Please note that the last day to Bright SchoolKitz for the school year is August 3rd to be delivered at your home in time for school start.

In order to prepare for the 2023-2024 school year please be advised that ALL STUDENTS between the ages 4-6 years old or 11-12 years old must have immunizations updated.

4-6 YEARS OLD:

DTaP (Diptheria,Tetanus,Pertussis)

IVP (Polio)

MMR (Measles,Mumps,Rubella)

Varicella (Chickenpox)

11-12 YEARS OLD:

Tdap

MCV4 (Meningitis)

Please check your child's most recent shot records for these immunizations as some children have already received them. If so, they must have been immunized between the ages of 4-6 years old or between the ages of 11-12 years old to be acceptable.

PLEASE bring a copy of the immunization record to the Front Office or email the Nurse at djames@ollv.org by August 14, 2023.

Summertime is a great opportunity to get your paperwork done to volunteer for next year!

Should you wish to volunteer in your child's classroom or be a chaperone on a field trip please ensure that you have completed fingerprinting, background checks, and the CMG program. You may pick up a volunteer packet in the front office. Please know that this clearance process takes between four and six weeks.
