We have pre-scheduled conferences, and added them to Skyward Conference Scheduler, for:

1- Families requesting an interpreter

2- Families with 3 or more Cathcart students

These families have been personally contacted by phone and will receive an automated message confirming their conference.

I have attached instructions regarding how you may access Conference Scheduler. This allows you to view and/or print your conference schedule.

All families who schedule conferences will get automated email reminders when they schedule as well as one-week and one-day prior to their conference date.

The Specialist Schedule has been adjusted to give more planning time to teachers with larger classes and more conferences this week.

Our Classified Staff will be working full days during conference week. Do you have projects that need done? Please let Jeri or Julie know or connect directly with Keri, Melinda, Sally, Amy, Liz or Lisa. We are here to assist!

Conference Schedule will be open to all families beginning October 6 and close October 20. Please be sure to share this information with your families.

Students will be dismissed from school at 11:45am October 24-27.

Parent-Teacher Conferences will begin at 1:00pm October 24 -26.

Parents will schedule conferences online using Skyward Family Access. If a family has never signed into Skyward, they may contact the school office for assistance with login and password information. Conference Scheduler will be open from October 6th - 20th at noon.

'Select' the time slot you want
