Hembree Highlights

Hello Hawks!

This has been one HOT week! Even though we were melting, it was a great week. If you are like me, I am tired. The excitement has worn off from the beginning of the school year and routines are getting tighter. When I get tired, I am often reminded in the simple things of the goodness around me. Today I was reminded about the wonderful little humans that you are working so hard to raise. Students say "Good Morning, Ms. Smith!" "Have a great weekend, Mrs. Tew." and even the simple "How are you doing?" are a few examples of the well-rounded students that we have at Hembree. I am grateful I get to see your children every day because they are kind, respectful, and GOOD kids. Hembree Springs has the best teachers, best staff, and absolutely the best students. The people of this community is what makes it so special. Thank you for being a part of this community.
