Book Club- meets Wednesdays during PRIDE. We are finished with our first selection, Leviathan. Stay tuned for our next book, we'd love to have new members join our club!

Tuesday, December 4th- Writing Benchmark library will be closed.

Book Fair!

Our book fair was a smashing success. We exceeded last years sales by $1300. All online orders have been shipped to Small and will be delivered when they arrive.

Library Statistics

In the month of October:

  • 921 books were checked out (even with being closed a whole week!)
  • 1,223 students came to the library on their own with a pass
  • 36 classes visited the library for checkout or other library activities

Since our last newsletter we have received 20 new titles including:


  • Turtles All the Way Down by John Green
  • A Map of Days the newest book in the Miss Peregrine's Peculiar Children series by Ransom Riggs
  • Aru Shah and the End of Time by Roshani Choksi and presented by Rick Riordan
  • Wings of Fire #10 Darkness of Dragons by Tui T. Sutherland
