Shue News - Summer Edition #1
June 23rd
Enjoy the Break
Dear Shue-Medill Families,
I hope your summer is off to a relaxing and refreshing start!
It’s hard to believe it’s already been a week plus since we wrapped up another incredible school year. Whether your days have been filled with travel, time with family, summer programs, or simply enjoying some much-needed rest, I hope it’s been a joyful beginning to the break.
As we step into the summer months, I want to thank you again for your partnership, support, and trust throughout the school year. Our students accomplished so much, and we are proud of their growth, resilience, and hard work.
We’ll be in touch during summer with information to help you prepare for the upcoming school year, but for now—enjoy the sunshine, make some memories, and take good care.
Wishing you a safe and happy summer!
Warmly,
Charles Priestley
Principal, Shue-Medill Middle School
