Schedules can be picked up on Friday, August 19 when you attend the MEET THE TEACHER event.

If your child is unable to login to HISD connect, they only need to know the homeroom they are in to know their schedule.

We wanted to point out that the date for the activity fee of $80 has been revised to the correct year. The date is Friday, September 30, 2022. This fee will be added to SchoolPay for those who would like to pay with a card.

How can you get a student laptop?

Three easy steps:

1. Pay a $25. You can pay cash at school or through SchoolPay. 2. Complete the two forms given to students on August 22. Return them on August 23.

Student devices will be given after Labor Day.

School uniforms will be enforced for the 2022-2023 school year. The price for the uniform shirt remains $12.00 per school shirt. We will be selling shirts daily beginning Thursday, August 4, 2022, through Friday, August 19, 2022, at 8am to 12pm and 1 pm to 4 pm. Although khaki uniform pants for Chrysalis MS will continue to be part of the uniform, blue jeans will now be allowed as part of the school uniform as well. Blue jeans may NOT be torn or ripped. If a student is on campus with ripped jeans, we will loan the child a pair of uniform pants from our nurse's office or parents may be called to bring a pair of pants.

7th grade parents: A few shirt sizes are backordered. For the first week of school, 7th grade students whose shirt size is delayed can wear their 6th grade uniform shirts.

STAAR Results from Spring 2022 will be given to students the first week of school.
