“Actions speak louder than words; let your words teach and your actions speak.”
– St. Anthony of Padua
Hello St. Michael- St. Clement Students and Families,
Exciting news! Tomorrow morning, we will joyfully welcome our third bundle of joy into the world. Please keep my wife, our family, and our precious newborn in your thoughts and prayers as we embark on this beautiful journey. During this time, I will be away from the office starting on 10/13 and will physically return on Monday, 10/23. However, I will remain accessible via email, so please feel free to reach out to me during my absence.
Just a friendly reminder, our school will be closed on Monday, 10/16, as our dedicated staff and faculty gather for our annual Faculty Retreat. We will be heading to the serene Grotto of the Lourdes for a day of deep reflection, culminating in a group Mass. Your prayers for our spiritual growth and rejuvenation are greatly appreciated.
Lastly, mark your calendars for our upcoming Trunk or Treat event on 10/28! We are thrilled to announce that we already have over 40 cars signed up to participate. From 6pm to 8pm, join us for a delightful evening filled with candy galore. It promises to be a fantastic time for the entire family, so we hope to see you there!
Yours in Christ,
Matt Zipp

IMPORTANT Lunch Reminder!
A reminder to all families that students have two options for lunch each day:
- To bring their own lunch from home.
- Order a hot lunch from the school cafeteria.
As stated in the Parent/Student Handbook on page 41:
"NO fast food lunches may be brought into school by parents or sent to school via a food delivery service (i.e. - Uber Eats, Door Dash)." Sodas are also NOT permitted.
The Archdiocese of Baltimore Child Nutrition Program mandates that if a student forgets to bring in a lunch to school or forgets to sign up for a hot lunch, a cheese sandwich and milk will be provided. Thank you for your cooperation!
Menu Changes to Hot Lunch & Breakfast Calendars
Our cafeteria staff works hard to ensure that each student receives the lunch that is listed on our calendar. However, sometimes menu items need to be changed due to item availability. We will do our best to notify families as soon as possible. The following changes have been made for the next two weeks:
Breakfast:
Friday, 10/13 - Breakfast Bread
Friday, 10/20 - Blueberry Chex Cereal
Lunch:
Wednesday, 10/18 - Mozzarella Breadsticks
Each lunch comes with a fruit, vegetable, and the option of either white or chocolate milk. If you have any questions, please call the school office. Thank you!

Redemptorist preacher and reformer. Clement preached, built orphanages and schools, and established a vast Redemptorist presence in the city.
