I am Thelma Roberson and I have been a counselor at Danny Jones Middle School since its founding in 2004 and I...LOVE...it! I attended Louisiana Tech University where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling. I have been an educator for more than 30 years and a school counselor for 25 years. Although I have been assigned to students whose last names end in A-L, I greatly enjoy helping and working with all students. I'm looking forward to an awesome school year!

I am Tonya Willis and I am one of your friendly school counselors! I began my educational career as a middle school teacher in DeSoto. Later, I transitioned to Danny Jones Middle School as an English Language Arts and Speech teacher. While I am happy to support all students, staff and parents, I have been assigned to students whose last names end in M-Z. Danny Jones is home to me and I will continue to strive to make Danny Jones home for our students!

Parents and Students: Please reach out to your counselors, Mrs. Roberson and Mrs. Willis for any needs you may have. We have access to food, school supplies, and hygiene items. If we do not have it, we will figure out a way to help you.

Free meals for all Mansfield ISD students will continue for the 2021-22 school year.
