- Approved the financial statements and payment of bills and expenses for January 2022.
- Approved JEMA for architectural and engineering services for District projects. The funding source would be from capital funds.

- MSBA Board Report - The Board watched the monthly video update from Missouri School Boards Association.
- 2022-2027 Strategic Plan Update
- The steering committee has met five times since launching the strategic planning process. The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, Feb. 14, 2022. The steering committee has reviewed data, survey results and the recently approved anti-racist standards in order to develop a draft of core values, mission and vision statements.

- Excellence: We have high expectations for all of our students and are relentless about providing high-quality, culturally competent teaching and resources to meet those expectations.

Next Monthly Board of Education Meeting Will Be March 9, 2022 @ 6 p.m.
The Ferguson-Florissant School District, located in suburban St. Louis, serves more than 10,000 students from preschool through 12th grade with an excellent comprehensive educational program. Fully accredited by the state of Missouri, the Ferguson-Florissant School District operates seven Pre-Kindergarten through 2nd-grade schools, six intermediate schools (3rd through 5th grade), two 6th grade centers, two middle schools, two A+ and NCA-CASI - accredited high schools, a cutting-edge STEAM middle school, and a STEAM high school, a student-centered learning Innovation School and a Restoration and Wellness Center. In addition, the District includes a nationally recognized early education program, the award-winning Challenger Learning Center space education facility, and the Little Creek Nature Area, a 97-acre nature preserve that offers experiential learning opportunities for students in science, biology, ecology, and related areas of study.
