WHS Physical Science Students in Action
Below are several nice photos of students with their eV electric vehicles. They spent the first few days of the semester learning about the history and background of electric vehicles, and then did a group bonding activity of engineering a battery powered car or boat that moved! We were impressed with all the variations students came up with, and the investment they had to keep re-engineering until they worked!
WHS Dedicates CTE Wing - The Louis Praznik CTE Center
We had a great celebration honoring Mr. Louis Praznik as we dedicated our newly renovated Career and Technical Education Center to him. He's a great educator and an even better man! Thank you, Mr. Praznik, for building a great legacy that continues to thrive!

The competition was held in the new cafeteria, with over 50 students in attendance. All high school students in attendance received a free Nintendo Switch controller.
