Intent to Enroll for the 2024-2025 School Year
Each family was sent an Intent to Enroll email earlier this month asking each family to complete their intent for the 2024-2025 school year. It is important that each family completes this form as soon as possible, even if your circumstances have changed and you will no longer be returning. We use this information to begin planning classes and staffing for next school year. We have extended the deadline to complete the form and only pay $50/child for the re-registration fee. After February 20th, the fee will increase to $150.00. You don't want to miss out on this discount! If you have any questions or need to email resent to you, please contact Mrs. Kaitlin Brown at kbrown@stmstc.org. Thank you!
Hello St. Michael- St. Clement Students and Families,
I hope everyone had a fantastic time enjoying their snow day, and it looks like we might have another one tomorrow. It seems like we're in for an active winter, and we've already used up 1 snow day. Just a friendly reminder that if we reach Snow days 4 and 5, students will have Asynchronous learning, which means they'll need to complete assigned work on Google Classroom. Of course, this is only if we actually reach that point. Any snow day after the 5th one will be a traditional snow day, but keep in mind that we'll have to make it up later in the year.
A big thank you to the 8 families who have sponsored a hallway saint so far. We still have 16 spots left, so please consider sponsoring one!
Next week, we'll be sending out a Catholic Schools Week calendar via email, so keep an eye out for that. In the mean time, in order to get a head start on printing visitor badges, and to ensure everyone gets in with no issues, please fill out the google form below. Visitation hours for Wednesday 1/31 will be 9am-11am, with breakfast being provided by our wonderful HSA. Even if you are not sure if you can make it or not, please fill it out. We would much rather have extra printed badges if need be.
Lastly, I've noticed that our newsletters have been receiving significantly fewer views lately. We use to get over 1,000 views, but the last few have only reached the 500s. The last few early dismissal days, we have had kids here almost until 1pm. These days are communicated well in advance. It's crucial that all families check the Cheetah Chatter weekly to stay updated with school news. If your phone number or email address needs to be updated, please reach out to Mrs. Thayer at kthayer@stmstc.org so we can ensure we have the correct information for you.
I hope everyone has a relaxing weekend, and GO Ravens!
Yours in Christ,
Matt Zipp
Once you have agreed to sponsor, follow up communication will occur with how to pay, and a timeline on the project will be given.
Thank you for making Hallway Saints a possibility as we look to grow our Catholic Identity.
