Cleveland Mission Statement:
Dear Cleveland Families,
Today we celebrated January's Eagle of the Month recipients. These students displayed mindfulness and were recognized by a staff member. My favorite part about Eagle of the Month is that any staff member can nominate a student. So students have the opportunity to be recognized beyond the classroom. The Eagles of the Month receive an award, have a special lunch with the principal, spend time in the Game Room, and complete an All About Me Poster that will be on display all month. We are so proud of our Eagles of the Month!
My Best,
Dr. Owens
4th Grade- Got Grit
The 4th Grade students hosted a mini-field trip for the K-3 students to come learn about influential people that have shown grit. The 4th grade students completed research on their selected person, created a bottle person and was prepared to share about their person and answer any questions. Congratulations to our 4th graders! Their work was inspiring to our younger learners.
