Chat
Live chat service is available for device and system support. This is the best way for families to receive fast technical support for district devices and services. The virtual IT team will be available to assist Monday-Friday between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, but if you leave a message, the support staff will follow up on the next business day. Chat support can be accessed by going to the HelpDesk.
Student Device Exchange
Remote Learners: For problems with a D303 issued device, a socially distanced exchange service is available at the main entrance of the Haines Center. It is recommended to troubleshoot via the above “Live -Chat” service before bringing in a device for exchange.

Senior Portraits & Yearbook Pictures
Senior portraits are being scheduled with HR Imaging in September and October. Be on the lookout for information from HR Imaging. All other yearbook pictures will be taken when students return to school.
2019-2020 Yearbook Information
If you ordered a 2019-2020 Yearbook, they are available for pickup in the main office on weekdays from 7:30 am-3:00 pm. Please ensure you wear a mask to visit the building.
We have extra 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 Yearbooks available! If you did not purchase a yearbook for either of these two years, please contact Lindsay.Boynton@d303.org to arrange for purchase and pickup of your yearbook.
SAT Update
St. Charles North has canceled the August 29, 2020, SAT. Collegeboard has notified students by email sent directly to the students that were registered to take the test. As a testing site, we were unable to guarantee the safety of the students with students coming from 60+ schools and from out of state.
