This is a workout you won't want to miss! It is one of our oldest and most popular team traditions. Come for the whole workout or part of it. Start the holiday season with your swimming friends and burn some extra calories.

Join us for our annual Thanksgiving workout Nov. 18
11:00am - 2:00pm at Greenville County Aquatic Complex.
The workout consists of 100 x 100's or 75's or 50's.
Everyone will participate together as a group on the same interval.
There will be music and prizes!
Bring all your swimming equipment, water bottles, and nutrition.

(Fins, paddles, pull buoys)
Plan to arrive at 10:45 am; first interval starts at 11:00 am.
This workout is open to all Masters swimmers.

2:00-3:00 pm Team Lunch at Home Team BBQ

Cost: Westside Aquatic Complex: $9.00 for non-members

Greenville Splash Members: Free

Swimmers must be members of United States Masters Swimming or fill out a trial membership.

Enjoy time with your swimming friends and make some new ones. This is a fun swimming challenge and you will definitely feel that sense of accomplishment at the end of this workout!

The meet will be held at the new facility: North Charleston Aquatic Center, 8610 Patriot Blvd, North Charleston, SC 29420. Let Coach Leslie know if you plan to attend.
