We need your HELP to make our carnival a success!
Donate an auction basket for Hailey's Spring Carnival's Silent Auction!
This is our largest fundraiser of the year, and we need your help! Sign up to donate a themed auction basket. Suggestions have been provided, but be creative and make your basket amazing!
Please include a description of your basked inclusions in the Notes section of the sign-up sheet. Please also indicate how you would like your basket to be credited (Family Name, Student Name, Business Name, Anonymous).
Please submit a receipt with your auction donation so we know how to price the value of your basket. Silent auction donations can be dropped off at Hailey from January 29 through February 26.
Note: Alcohol is not permitted on school grounds, so if you have alcohol in your basket, please include a description. We will make separate arrangements with you for any alcohol donations.

School Wide & Classroom Attendance Incentive
We want to celebrate student success at school. Attendance is a huge part of being successful. Two types of attendance incentives are on the horizon for the spring semester. Students can earn individual incentives and classrooms can earn incentives as a group.
The first incentive of the spring semester will be from January 3 through February 13, 2024. The theme is “I 💗School” and students must attend 95% of school days for the date range (29 days @ 95% = 27 days to earn incentive). The individual incentive reward date is February 14!
Classroom Attendance Incentives are also important! Classes earn a letter to spell the word A-T-T-E-N-D-A-N-C-E for each day all students are present. The class will vote on an incentive once all ten letters are earned.
Hailey Yearbooks early bird pricing through January 30!
Cell Phone and Smart Watch CISD Policy
Begins January 3, 2024
Cell phones and smartwatches may be used respectfully and responsibly before school and after school.
Cell phones and smartwatches should not be used to capture video, audio, or images at school or on the bus.
Cell phones and smartwatches should be set on silent mode and kept in backpacks, lockers, or other designated storage areas and should not be visible during school hours including instructional time, reward time, free time, lunch, and in the hallways.
Use of cell phones and smartwatches may be permitted in extenuating circumstances with permission from a staff member. (ex. to notify parent/ guardian of a late bus)
Looking for donations
Staff members at Hailey are looking for new or gently used donations to supplement activities on campus.
Our PK classes are seeking plastic playground playhouses (pictured to the left) to use on the playground used by our PK and SCC students. If you have a possible donation, please contact Mrs. Sanders at ejsanders@conroeisd.net
Several teachers are seeking book donations to the classroom libraries of high interest titles for older students. Books for 3rd and 4th grade readers in good condition would be welcome additions.
If you have possible donations, please contact Ms. Barber at nbarber@conroeisd.net
Arrival Safety!
Morning arrival can be a busy time of the school day, but safety is always the first priority. To ensure the safety of all students, we request that car riders follow the guidelines below:
1. Remain in your vehicle during drop-off.
2. Pull as far forward as possible before allowing your child to exit.
3. Students should exit on the curbside only.
These measures are in place to prevent congestion, maintain a smooth flow of traffic, and most importantly, safeguard the well-being of our students.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in following these guidelines. Together, we can create a safer environment for everyone.
Hailey Watch DOGS!
WATCH D.O.G.S.® (Dads Of Great Students) is a family and community engagement educational initiative. There are 2 primary goals of the WATCH D.O.G.S. program:
1. To provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important.
2. To provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying.
We believe that all of us want the same things for our kids and these values unite us. This program serves to bring communities closer together based on these values-based goals. Ultimately, our purpose is to change the country for the better by doing our small part to provide support to our educators and encouragement to our children.
Follow the steps below to get started!
- Complete the CISD Volunteer Application.
- Contact Mrs. Dumlao to schedule a date to volunteer at mdumlao@conroeisd.net
- Optional: Order your official Watch DOG shirt at the Watch DOG store.
Lunch Visitor Schedule
- PK, 2nd, and 4th grade lunch visits are on Monday and Wednesday.
- Kindergarten, 1st, and 3rd grade lunch visits on Tuesday and Thursday.
- Fridays are for working parents.
Lunch Visitor Policy
Safety is a top priority in CISD and at Hailey Elementary School. All lunch visitors must be listed as an Emergency Contact or accompanied by a parent. If a visitor arrives who is not on the Emergency Card they will not be allowed to have lunch with the student. Please be aware of this policy.
Hailey staff will monitor the number of visitors to several grade levels. Due to space issues, lunches for several grades may become sign up only.
Do you have a PAC account for your child?
Fun Fact: Out of the 622 students enrolled in Hailey, only 432 families have a PAC account! A PAC (Parent Access Center) allows parent access to school information about their child. By logging into Parent Access, you can check your child's grades, assignments, and attendance.
To access your child’s information online you must register for an account.
