Breakfast & lunch are no longer free this year. Students wishing to buy breakfast or lunch will need to know their pin number (see below). In addition the following are the costs for breakfast and lunch, along with the link to the menus found on the HCPSS website.

we need all Family Files completed. This has information that we use for dismissal, emergencies and more! We need all of this information for the very first day of school. 61% of our families have completed their Family File.
If you have not completed your Family File for the current school year, please complete the following as soon as possible:
- Log in to HCPSS Connect https://www.hcpss.org/connect/
- Select the Family File tab
- Then click on Family File
Once logged in, parents/guardians will be asked to provide or update the following information:
- Student information
- Parent/guardian contact
- Emergency contacts
- Medical information
- Arrival/dismissal procedures
- Media release (photo approval)
- Data confidentiality
- PTA/PTSA directory
Personal Technology Devices/Cell Phones
Families are reminded that students must abide by Board of Education Policy 8080 Responsible Use of Technology, Digital Tools, and Social Media, and specifically Standard E. Student Use-Technology, which states that “HCPSS permits students to bring personal technology devices to school, according to the following rules:
Elementary Schools – Students will keep personal technology devices in backpacks during the school day, unless otherwise authorized by school administrators or instructional staff.
Student Code of Conduct
The HCPSS Student Code of Conduct provides a framework to support behavioral goals and disciplinary policies. While students are expected to be aware of and abide by this Student Code of Conduct, we all play a part in ensuring our school is a safe place where all students can learn. We look to partner together as families and school staff to support the social-emotional skill development of our students. At Fulton Elementary School, we implement programs such as Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports and 1-2-3 Magic to help teach and reinforce school-appropriate behaviors and build community amongst our students and staff.
