Welcome to Cedar Park Parent Teacher Club (PTC)

Welcome to our new Rachel Carson students and families! All current parents and guardians of CPMS students are automatically members of the PTC.

Our events, programs, school support, and enthusiasm make up this vibrant volunteer community and are indeed, POWERED BY YOU.

Don't Forget to Submit Receipts for Reimbursement!

If you have receipts to submit to the PTC for reimbursement, please submit them using this form. Reimbursements will occur in July.

The PTC thanks those of you who completed our survey to help us learn how to best schedule our PTC meetings for the upcoming school year. Based on your feedback we have determined that maintaining a virtual option to attend is helpful to parents.

We will plan on having a combination of fully online and hybrid options for the 22-23 school year.

We will look forward to seeing you online or in-person at our meetings next year!

We are happy to announce that we have another new board members who was elected!

Thank you to Julie LeGassick for stepping up to be the RC co-director of volunteers!

Also, a special shout out to Sue Herson for her work this year as Co-Director of Volunteers - Rachel Carson this year. Thank you for helping to set the tone for a great first year with RC at Cedar Park!

At the June meeting, we also voted for and approved the 22-23 SY budget. Interested in checking it out, please click here!

While the school year is winding down, lots of things are happening including..

June 20th - Non-student Day
June 21st - Last Day of School & Early Release; 8th grade send off party!; yearbooks distributed
October 13th - 5K Fundraiser - the PTC's ONLY fundraiser of the school year!
