Our staff spent last week revisiting and fostering the relationships we built over the past few months. We also reminded our All-Stars of our expectations here at Beacon Tree. We are asking for our amazing families to further communicate our messages at home. Safety remains a priority in Utica Community Schools.

The State of Michigan has announced that it will hold a presidential primary on Tuesday, February 27th. Our schools remain the centerpiece of the community, and we are proud that many of our school facilities are used to support the voting process. During these elections, school facilities need to be open and easily accessible to allow voters to cast their ballots.

As has been the practice of UCS for past elections, there will be no school on Tuesday, February 27. The cancellation of school maintains our commitment to safety and allows our facilities to be open for community members to cast their ballots.

Tickets go on sale THIS FRIDAY, 1/5 at 4:00PM for our 2024 Daddy Daughter Dance. The dance is open to all students in PreK-6th grade. Our sweet ladies may be escorted by Dad, Grandpa, Uncle, or any special man in their life. Ticket sales will remain open until Saturday, 1/20 (unless it sells out prior)

A reminder that our afternoon out with the Detroit Pistons is coming up on Saturday, 1/27. Gametime starts at 12:00PM. Tickets can be purchased at pistons.com/beacontree

Our next skate night will be on Monday, 1/15 from 6:00-8:0PM at The New Rink.
