FCH Enterprises, Inc. the parent company of Zippy’s Restaurants, Napoleon’s Bakery, Food Solutions International, and A Catered Experience is pleased to announce our 2023 High School Internship Program (Culinary and Front of the House), open to Juniors and Seniors, age 16 to 18.
This program is designed to expand students’ knowledge outside of the classroom by introducing them to real-world work experiences. Interns will experience what it feels like to work in an environment where skills in leadership, work ethic, teamwork, communication, and digital technology are expected and required to transition successfully into the workplace after high school and college. Students will be provided with position-specific training, as well as workshops in the areas of financial, social, and physical well-being.

Program runs: June 5- July 31 (8-week program)
Requirements:
Open to all high school Juniors and Seniors, age 16 to 18, at the time of their application.
Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week, up to a maximum of 30 hours per week.
Must be able to arrive on time to all scheduled shifts in proper attire, ready to work and learn.
Must be open to receive directions and guidance from management and staff.
Able to follow all policies and procedures established by our company.
Some items we do not allow: acrylic or fake nails, visible tattoos on the face, facial/tongue piercings or gauges (no larger than 5 mm).
Possess a 2.0+ GPA.
Have a positive attitude.
Pay rate is $15.00 per hour for Culinary
Pay rate is $12.00 per hour for Front of the House
