COBI is a day-long conference aimed at bringing professional educators who are involved in online and blended learning together to learn and share. It is hosted by the TCEA Virtual Learning Special Interest Group (VL-SIG).

The 2019 Conference will be held October 4 at the Keller ISD Education Center, 350 Keller Parkway, Keller, Texas.
