Summary of the transformation (changes that were made in teaching)
The active job search process has been structured along 4 sprints, each of these has its purpose and meaning, and is interdependent on one another, since the achievement and progress in each one of them allows reaching the next one.
For the warm-up activities, self-knowledge tests, word search, genially, word puzzle games, brainstorming, design thinking and an Ishikawa diagram were used, using a Miro panel for the product of this work, as well as the design of a Canvas model, where teamwork is encouraged, as well as debates where active and collaborative participation is developed, ideation games, Lego, as well as non-violent communication (exercise: listen, see, respect) for better participation.
The liberating structures were used in the second Sprint, in the viewing and discussion tasks of the proposed videos, as well as in the design and implementation of original ideas about the presentation of an original CV. We practiced teamwork in every sprint, so it became agile teamwork.
The scrum methodology was implemented in the design of an original CV before a job offer, a proposal is made and it must be original, with this we also work on participation, teamwork and putting value on originality as a means of positioning. in the current job market. Roles were assigned based on the characteristics of the team members, for which we worked on the SWOT analysis.
Cohesive and heterogeneous work teams are created that know how to respond to different situations, know how to function and act effectively and efficiently.
The final result must be the response to a job offer, with an original CV and the passing of a job interview, that is, a complete professionalized itinerary of insertion, after this process there will be a time, in the last sprint, to personal reflection and self-assessment of the participation and achievements, as well as in the testing of their work and proposals for improvement.
