What's up at Western?
Western Coventry School Family Newsletter
Letter from the Principal
December 3, 2023
Dear Western Families,
When family and staff plan together, great things happen! Our Annual Santa Sale and Holiday Happenings is a prime example of this. Everyone came together to create something memorable and special for our students. Thank you to all that participated!
This week, our 5th graders also decorated the town tree, and sang for the Tree Lighting. It was a great kick-off to the holiday season.
This upcoming week is also going to be UNFORGETTABLE! Our Drama club will be performing for the students during the day and for their families in the evening on Wednesday and Thursday. We all wish them the best as they've worked so hard on their performance of "A Christmas Carol".
We will also begin exploring the topic of "problem solving" as we strengthen our conflict resolution skills. We have a lot to do in school this month. Hope to see our students every day!
Looking forward to a great week!
-Dr. Bagley

December Lunch Menu
The original lunch menu that was printed and sent home included offerings for Friday, 12/22... however we don't have school on that day. I don't want that to confuse anyone regarding the day our Winter break starts. The corrected menu is linked above. Our last week of school for December runs from 12/18 - 12/21. Thank you!
