ITEM DROP OFF:
When dropping off items, please make sure they are labeled with your students name. We have 3 baskets placed on a table when you enter the building - each labeled with grade levels. We ask that you place the labeled item in the appropriate grade level bin and it will be delivered to your student in a timely manner.
FOOD DROP OFF:
As stated in the student handbook, please refrain from ordering and dropping off food/drinks to students during the academic day.
ATTENDANCE AND NURSE INFORMATION:
Please notify the main office each day that your student will be absent or late to school by 8:30 am. You may leave a message on our 24 hour voicemail. You may also report through ParentVUE: Select your student, then select "report absence", make sure the start date is the correct absence date, select "P/G Reported Absence", we do require a reason for absence in the "Note" field then select "Save".
If your student is sick, please state symptoms of illness. If your child is running a fever of 100 degrees or greater, please keep your child at home until the temperature has been less than 100 degrees for 24 hours, without the use of fever-reducing medications. If your child is experiencing multiple (more than one) episodes of vomiting or diarrhea, please keep your child at home until these concerns have been resolved for 24 hours, and your child is tolerating food without medications.
