Principal Weekly Update: 12/22/23
Please take time to read through these important details.
Oh Holy Night...
From Mrs. Stanczak's Desk:
Dear St. Clare Families,
As a former high school teacher, the week before Christmas was filled with stress from exams and end of term preparations. Students pulling late nights to cram for tests and teachers working hard to finish grades before the holiday break. As your Principal, the stresses shifted a bit from exams to worries about long division, spelling tests, lost mittens, and why letters appear in math for algebra. In a matter of a few hours, all of that will fade into the warm glow of the Christmas lights, quieter nights, and hopefully the love and joy of family time. Of course that is only made possible because of the reason for the season and our reminder to appreciate the love shown through Christ.
Thank you so much for your kind words, warm regards, and thoughtfulness this time of year. I hope you can enjoy the warmth, peace, joy, and love of the remaining Advent Season as we look to celebrate the birth of our Savior.
From the bottom of my heart, I wish you the most Merry Christmas & Happy New Year.
Mrs. Katie Stanczak, M.S.E. and M.T.S.

Happy Advent St. Clare Families,
Please know that the tuition letter and registration updates are in process. I hope to share this information with each of you shortly after Christmas break. I am asking you to mark your calendars for a few important updates:
1. Catholic Schools Week: January 29th-February 2nd
2. Mass and Adoration with Bishop David Ricken on Thursday, February 1st at 8:05am
3. Registration for the 2024-2025 School Year will open on January 29th. It is REALLY IMPORTANT for the school budgeting process and the overall planning of the operations of the school to receive your enrollment/registration for next year as soon as possible. I know and fully respect that this is a big decision for each family. I whole-heartedly respect your decision to select St. Clare's as the educational option for your child/ren. St. Clare School CANNOT be successful without YOU.
Please watch for the annual tuition increase letter and registration information to go out in January.
Thank you,
Katie Stanczak
Please plan to register for 24-25 between Jan. 29-Feb. 29th.
COVID-19: What to do if you or someone at home is positive and/or symptomatic:
PLEASE DRESS FOR THE WEATHER!
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Students are very sad if they are at school without the required gear to play in the snow with their friends. Please remember to help them pack a snow bag the night before school with boots, snow pants, a warm hat, and mittens/gloves. They will be required to stay on the blacktop only if they are without this gear.
Thank you,
Katie Stanczak
