Early Release Day
This Wednesday, February 8th is an early release day and school will dismiss at 12:15 P.M.
School Improvement Team Meeting
Our next meeting is tomorrow, Monday, at 5:30 PM in the media center.
Family Culture Night
We hope you can join us on February 16th at 6:00 PM for our family culture night.
PTA Updates
Next meeting:
Our next PTA meeting is Monday, February 6th at 6:30 pm in Easley’s media center. You can also join via Zoom. The link will be available via Bloomz.
February 11th: Garden Work Day
On Saturday February 11th, from 9-11:30am we'll be outside in front of the school to:
· plant more bulbs
· clean up the Discovery Garden (local/native plants) beds along the Kindergarten parking lot and front
· make garden-themed crafts (local/native flower "seed bombs" to plant at home or Easley, and more!)
All ages welcome! Come for a few minutes, or the entire time! Please bring gardening supplies (especially bulb diggers, rakes, and pruning shears). Adults: please DO plan to keep an eye on your children at the school. More information and a signup can be found here.
Apex Remix:
It’s almost time for our largest fundraiser of the year –Apex Remix on February 13th-24th, with the actual event on the 23rd. Please click HERE for more information about why we partner with Apex and how the PTA supports our school. More information about the actual event and processes and procedures will be coming home with your child this week. You can also find more information on the PTA website under “fundraisers.”
Easley Night Out: NuvoTaco on March 2, 2023
NuvoTaco is donating profits from pre-ordered takeout on March 2nd. Order ahead and relax for that night! Pick up will be at Easley in the back lot or at Aldersgate between 5-6pm on March 2nd. Choose your location when you order using the link below. Orders must be submitted by February 28th.

Concessions at Duke Basketball:
Do you want to help support our school while bonding with other Easley families, teachers, and staff? We still have openings to work concessions at some upcoming Duke basketball games. Easley PTA receives a portion of the sales and parking is provided for volunteers. More information and a sign-up can be found here.
